Job Title: 	ENGINEER
Job Location:  Toledo, OH 
Job Description:
Bachelor degree in Engineering with 2-4 years experience in 
	manufacturing and temperature controlled equipment validation, calibration, metrology and maintenance.  
Must be familiar with the processes and equipment 
	typical to the device/pharmaceutical industry, 
	electrical/mechanical components, 
	process sensors, 
	process validation/protocol procedures, and
	calibration techniques using traceable standards.
Possess strong computer skills.  
 
The candidate must have hands-on, directly related experience. 
Possess a strong electrical, electronic and mechanical aptitude applied with out-of-the-box, innovative thought.  
An excellent opportunity to grow with an aggressive, fast paced firm.  
Some travel may be required.  
Only applicants with appropriate experience will be considered.
 
Job Title: 	SENIOR MICROBIOLOGISTS
Job Location:  Toledo, OH 
Job Description:	
Experienced microbiologists to perform client sponsored studies.  
Strong background in fundamental microbiology and design of experiments necessary.
Experience with the following related procedures also a plus:
	Sterility Testing
	Cytotoxicity (tissue culture)
	Bioburden determination (microbial load)
	Microbial counts
	Environmental monitoring
	Microbial ID
Must maintain accurate records and documentation of activities per cGMPs.
Properly operate, maintain and validate laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
Must have the ability to write and execute custom protocols and prepare final reports.
 
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience.
Bachelor or advanced degree in microbiology or closely related field.
Experience in planning and conducting custom R&D or applied research projects.
Experience in performing routine microbiological tests.
Capable of autonomously performing at a high technical level with precision.
Strong work ethic and focus on task completion.
