Contract Sterilization

LexaMed  offers contract ethylene oxide sterilization in an ISO 11135 certified operation, utilizing 100% EO with nitrogen blanket.  Our sterilizer has a four-pallet volume chamber capacity. LexaMed  can also process challenge devices, conduct sterility testing, and EO residual testing as part of our contract sterilization offerings.  Furthermore, we can generate cycle development and performance qualification protocols, and also assist in the execution of these protocols and final reports.  Furthermore, we can work with clients who have concepts and difficult needs and formulate practical, workable solutions.  We have the laboratories to support testing of a product for release.

LexaMed  has extensive industry experience in ethylene oxide with employees who have authored publications and/or maintain active membership including chairmanship in the recent past or present in AMI and ISO industrial sub committees.
